   Location

In Rome's center, the bed and breakfast is very near to the Vatican, in an area very popular because of its shops, restaurants, bars and a traditional Italian food market. Most of the major tourist attractions are within walking distance. S.Peter's, Castel S.Angelo, Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museums are less than a 5 minute walk. The bed and breakfast is also very close to the metro station "Ottaviano-S.Pietro" which is directly connected with the main rail station in Rome ("Termini") where trains from the airport and other major cities arrive. So it is very easy to reach.
The owner will make the guests feel welcome and help them with anything needed.

   About the bed and breakfast

The B&B is in a charming building built in the 19th century, with typical architecture of the area (large walls made with bricks, arches and vaults for the high ceilings) and enjoys a  quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
All the rooms are beautifully furnished and are provided with SAT television, refrigerator, safe, alarm clock and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathrooms are  equipped with a set of towels for each guest.
There are 3 rooms: room "Sunflower" is for up to 4 persons, room "Iris" for up to 2, room "Daisy" for up to 3.
A delicious continental breakfast is served in the dining room with coffee (espresso or American), tea, fruit juices, milk, italian bread, biscotti, butter, a variety of jams, yogurts, corn flakes and croissants. We also offer free use of a washing machine for guests staying 4-5 days or more.
Daily maid service is provided. Rooms and bathrooms are totally cleaned every 3 days. Linen is changed every 7 days, towels every 3.

   The Room rental

In the same building, on the first floor, there is another lodging opportunity. It is a room rental, with the use of a dinette kitchen for the breakfast. The rooms are provided with private bathroom.
There are 3 rooms. room "Beatrice" and room "Silvia" are the largest, each of them has a single and a double bed. room "Laura" has 2 single beds. Room "Silvia" also has a television set. Private bathrooms are equipped with towels.
The rooms, together with the bathrooms, are cleaned every 3 days.  Linen is changed every 7 days, towels every 3.

The replies to e-mail are sent within a few hours. A deposit is required to reserve a room (the cost of the first night or, for more than 3 nights, 30% of the total amount). It can be paid by Western Union Bank or by credit card.
